Tracking Technologies & Advertising: We partner with Google as our sole third-party advertising provider. We use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Service, which may include unique identifiers, cookies, and pixel tags. This allows us to understand your interactions with ads within the App and helps us maintain your preferences. These technologies also enable Google to show you personalized ads (where permitted) that are more useful and relevant to you based on your past activity. Googles advertising services may link information about your activity in our App with activity from other sites or apps that also use Googles ad services to improve ad relevance.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

We use the information described above to:

1. Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App and its sound-based water-ejection

features.

2. Personalize your experience, remember preferences, and test new functions.

3. Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and respond to your inquiries.

4. Deliver and Measure Ads: Provide personalized or contextual advertising through Google and measure the performance of ad campaigns. This includes using information like your IP address to determine your approximate location so that we can serve you more relevant, location-based ads. We also analyze data about the ads you interact with to understand how our services are used and to optimize the overall user experience. We do not show you personalized ads based on sensitive categories, such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or health. We never use your personal files, documents, or private communications for advertising purposes.

5. Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse and to comply with legal obligations.

If we intend to use your data for any other purpose, we will ask for your consent where

required by law.

5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. Disclosure to Advertisers: We do not share information that personally identifies you with Google for advertising purposes, such as your name or email, unless you give us explicit consent. We only provide Google with aggregated reports that show trends about the general use of our ads (for example, whether an ad was likely seen by a specific number of people) without revealing information about individual users. Additionally, we do not use, and we require Google to not use, sensitive categories (such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or health) to show you personalized ads. We may share limited information with:

Analytics & Performance Partners – e.g., Firebase (Google LLC)

These partners process data under their own privacy policies and may be located outside your country. We require them to implement appropriate safeguards, but we cannot control their independent data handling.

We may also disclose data (a) when required by law, (b) to protect users or enforce our rights, or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified of any change of ownership).

6. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Other data is deleted or anonymized automatically after a set period of time, such as advertising data in server logs. For example, unique identifiers tied to ad interactions are typically anonymized or deleted automatically after a defined period (usually between 9 and 18 months), unless required for security, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your information may be transferred to—and processed on—servers outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other safeguards to protect your data in such cases.
